Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS

Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some parts of Asia and select remote regions. International customers may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is essential to our mission of enhancing natural wellness. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a returns process that reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Key Return Information
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Step-by-Step Return Process
Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- Your request falls within our 15-day return window
- Products are in original condition and packaging
- You have your original order confirmation or number

- Your order number
- Order date
- Items to return (product names and quantities)
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization and instructions
- Return shipping address
- Return reference number
Package your items securely including:
- Unused products in original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation or return authorization
- Return reference number visible on the package
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Return shipping costs non-refundable (except for our errors)
- Notification email sent when refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and specify your desired exchange product in your return request. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of our natural products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened Body Care & Face Care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Used Essential Oils (once opened cannot be resold)
- Personal Care items that have been unsealed
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
These exceptions align with our commitment to product purity and customer safety, much like our careful ingredient selection process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some parts of Asia and select remote regions):
- Return shipping is customer responsibility
- Customs documentation may be required
- Refunds processed in US Dollars
- Please allow additional time for international shipping
